5. Trading Cards, Comics, Collectibles, and Market Risks
Trading cards, comic books, graphic novels, manga, collectibles, and related products are subject to market volatility, manufacturer variance, and publisher-related changes. ShipTCG makes no guarantees regarding future value, investment potential, collectibility, grading outcomes, or resale value.
Single cards are listed using industry-standard condition guidelines; however, condition assessments are subjective and minor imperfections may exist.
Comic books, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, omnibus editions, and manga may contain minor manufacturing defects, printer imperfections, corner wear, spine ticks, shelf wear, or other cosmetic imperfections that are common within the hobby and publishing industry. ShipTCG does not guarantee any specific condition grade, professional grading outcome, or investment quality for raw printed media.
Sealed products are sold factory-sealed. ShipTCG does not guarantee pull rates, card contents, publisher inserts, manufacturer quality control, or packaging condition. Opened sealed products are non-refundable.
Graded cards and graded collectibles are evaluated by third-party grading companies. ShipTCG is not responsible for grading outcomes, inconsistencies, subjective opinions, or future regrades.
Preorders are subject to manufacturer allocation, publisher changes, distributor shortages, delays, cover changes, or cancellation. If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, ShipTCG's liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price.
All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and condition-related claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, conducted on an individual basis in Franklin County, Ohio. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property misuse or fraud.

ShipTCG shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, publisher delays, manufacturer shortages, distributor allocation reductions, or carrier delays.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
