Comic Subscriptions & Pull Lists

ShipTCG offers comic book subscriptions ("pull lists") through Manage Comics. A pull list allows customers to reserve upcoming comic books, graphic novels, manga, and select collected editions before release.


How It Works

  1. Create a customer account directly on ShipTCG.com using the website's account registration page.

Please note that accounts created solely through Shop Pay, Shop App, or other third-party login providers may not be compatible with comic subscriptions, pull lists, or certain Manage Comics features. Customers are strongly encouraged to create a standard ShipTCG website account using an email address and password.

  1. Browse and subscribe to eligible titles through our comics catalog.
  2. Titles added to your pull list will automatically be reserved for you as new issues are released.
  3. Reserved items will appear on your customer invoice once they are received and processed.

Adding a title to your pull list does not immediately charge your payment method.


Subscription Discounts

To reward ongoing subscribers, ShipTCG may offer discounts on qualifying pull list orders.

Customers with five (5) or more active comic subscriptions are eligible to receive a 5% discount on qualifying subscription items.

The discount applies only while at least five active subscriptions are maintained.

Certain products may be excluded from subscription discounts, including but not limited to:

• Incentive variants

• Ratio covers

• Special-order items

• Limited releases

• Graphic novels

• Trade paperbacks

• Omnibus editions

• Box sets

• Other designated products

ShipTCG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription discount programs at any time.


Final Order Cutoff (FOC)

Most publishers establish a Final Order Cutoff ("FOC") date, which is typically the final opportunity for retailers to adjust order quantities.

For most comic books, FOC occurs on Monday, although publisher schedules may vary.

Subscriptions added before the applicable FOC date are generally eligible to begin with the next available issue.

Subscriptions added after FOC may begin with a later issue depending on distributor availability.

ShipTCG cannot guarantee availability of issues added after FOC deadlines.


Subscription Start Dates

ShipTCG cannot guarantee availability of previously released issues.

New subscriptions typically begin with the next issue available after the applicable Final Order Cutoff (FOC) date unless otherwise arranged.

Customers seeking back issues should contact ShipTCG directly regarding availability.


Billing & Invoices

Customers will receive invoices for items that have been received and allocated to their pull list.

Invoices are generally issued after products arrive from our distributors and are processed into inventory.

Payment is required before shipment.

Failure to pay invoices may result in cancellation of reserved items, suspension of pull list privileges, cancellation of subscriptions, or future restrictions on comic-related services.


Hold-to-Ship Program

Customers may choose to accumulate multiple pull list items before shipment.

Available hold-to-ship options may vary and can include recurring shipment schedules or customer-requested shipment dates.

Orders may be held until one of the following occurs:

• Customer requests shipment

• A selected shipment interval is reached

• Accumulated order value reaches a qualifying free shipping threshold

• Accumulated order volume requires shipment

• ShipTCG determines shipment is necessary for inventory management purposes

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be calculated according to our Shipping Policy.


Subscription Changes & Cancellations

Customers may modify or cancel subscriptions at any time prior to the applicable FOC deadline.

Changes requested after FOC may not take effect until a later issue.

Items already ordered from distributors on behalf of a customer may not be eligible for cancellation.


Special Orders

Certain products, including incentive covers, special-order items, limited releases, collected editions, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, manga, and omnibus editions, may require advance commitment and may not be eligible for cancellation.

Availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to publisher allocations.

ShipTCG may require full payment or a deposit before ordering certain special-order products.


Allocations & Publisher Changes

Publishers and distributors may adjust release dates, cover artwork, pricing, product specifications, or available quantities.

ShipTCG is not responsible for publisher delays, allocations, cancellations, or product changes beyond our control.

In the event of an allocation, available inventory may be distributed among customers at ShipTCG's discretion.
