Preorder Policy
By placing a preorder with ShipTCG, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
What Is a Preorder?
A preorder is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released, received, or made available for shipment.
Estimated release dates are provided for convenience only and are subject to change by publishers, manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties.
Payment
Payment is collected at the time a preorder is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Preorders are reserved upon successful payment and remain subject to product availability and publisher or distributor allocation.
Release Dates & Delays
Release dates, ship dates, cover artwork, product descriptions, specifications, packaging, and other publisher-provided information are subject to change without notice.
ShipTCG is not responsible for delays caused by publishers, manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation without the applicable cancellation fee described below.
Allocations & Product Availability
Preordered products may be subject to allocation by publishers, manufacturers, or distributors.
If ShipTCG receives fewer units than ordered, we reserve the right to:
• Reduce quantities
• Allocate available inventory among customers as fairly and reasonably as possible
• Cancel affected preorder items
• Issue refunds for unfulfilled quantities
ShipTCG's liability for allocation shortages is limited to a refund of the purchase price paid for any unfulfilled items.
Customer Cancellations
Preorders may be canceled prior to shipment. Customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The cancellation fee helps offset non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs associated with reserving inventory.
Once a preorder has shipped, it is subject to ShipTCG's Return & Refund Policy.
Combined Orders
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Customers wishing to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.
ShipTCG may split shipments when appropriate. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Product Changes
Publishers and manufacturers may change:
• Cover artwork
• Packaging
• Product contents
• Product configurations
• Release dates
• Product specifications
without notice.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
Order Limits
ShipTCG reserves the right to impose quantity limits, household limits, account limits, or other purchasing restrictions on preorder products.
Orders exceeding published or unpublished limits may be reduced, canceled, or refunded.
Fraud Prevention
ShipTCG reserves the right to cancel, reduce, or refuse any preorder that appears to involve fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, circumvention of purchase limits, or unauthorized resale.
