All sales are final once an order has shipped. Trading cards, comics, manga, graphic novels, collectibles, sealed products, and graded items are generally non-returnable. Sealed products are sold factory-sealed with no guarantee of specific contents or pull rates. Preorder release dates, quantities, and availability are subject to manufacturer, publisher, and distributor changes. Orders containing preorder items may be held until all items are available. Signature confirmation may be required on select higher-value orders at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.
