Shipping policy

ShipTCG currently ships within the United States only. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Orders containing preorder items may ship at a later date once all items in the order are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Comic Pull List subscriptions are processed separately from standard website orders. Shipping frequency, invoicing, and fulfillment for Pull List customers are governed by our Comic Subscription & Pull List Terms.


Shipping Methods & Rates

ShipTCG offers the following standard shipping options:

• Free standard shipping on qualifying comic books, manga, graphic novels, and books totaling $75 or more

• $9.99 flat-rate shipping on qualifying comic books, manga, graphic novels, and book orders under $75

• Free standard shipping on trading card game, collectible, and accessory orders totaling $500 or more

• $9.99 flat-rate standard shipping on trading card game, collectible, and accessory orders under $500

• Orders containing both comic/book items and trading card, collectible, or accessory items will follow the trading card shipping rates and free shipping threshold.

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers at ShipTCG's discretion. Carrier selection and service level is determined based on order size, value, destination, and operational considerations.


High-Value Shipments & Signature Confirmation

For select higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required at delivery to help ensure safe receipt and reduce the risk of loss or theft.

Signature confirmation requirements are applied at ShipTCG's discretion and may be added even if not selected by the customer at checkout.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Please allow time for carrier systems to update tracking details.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ShipTCG is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us at contact@shiptcg.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the original packaging

• The order number

ShipTCG will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if the claim is validated.


Books, Comics & Manga

Comic books, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, hardcover collections, omnibus editions, and manga are packaged using industry-standard protective materials designed to help minimize damage during transit.

Minor manufacturing defects, printer imperfections, corner wear, spine ticks, shelf wear, or other condition issues present prior to shipment do not constitute shipping damage and are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit solely on that basis.

Customers seeking specific condition standards should understand that comic books, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, hardcover collections, omnibus editions, and manga may exhibit minor imperfections that are common within the hobby and publishing industry.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

ShipTCG is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment generally transfers to the customer.

However, ShipTCG will assist with reasonable carrier investigations or claims when applicable. Customers are encouraged to ship orders to secure delivery locations.


Preorders

Preorders are shipped once inventory is received and processed. Release dates are estimates and subject to change due to publisher, manufacturer, or distributor factors.

If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, ShipTCG's liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price.


Shipping Insurance

Some shipments may include shipping insurance at ShipTCG's discretion. Any insurance coverage provided is subject to carrier terms, limitations, and claim requirements.
