Return & Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled or amended prior to shipment as outlined below. Due to the nature of the hobby and collectibles industry, including trading cards, comics, manga, and collectible merchandise, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped, subject to the terms outlined below.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Customer-requested cancellations submitted prior to shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation and restocking fee, which helps offset non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs associated with reserving inventory.

Preorders canceled by the customer prior to shipment are also subject to a 10% cancellation fee, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If ShipTCG cancels an order for any reason, including inventory discrepancies, allocation shortages, or system errors, no cancellation fee will apply and a full refund will be issued.


Returns & Exchanges

Except as described below, ShipTCG does not accept returns or exchanges on trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, graded items, comic books, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, omnibus editions, manga, or other collectible merchandise once an order has shipped.

Customers may request corrections or modifications prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items as described below.

This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

• Sealed trading card products (opened or unopened)

• Single trading cards (raw or graded)

• Comic books

• Graphic novels

• Trade paperbacks

• Omnibus editions

• Manga

• Clearance, promotional, or discounted items

Condition assessments for single cards are subjective and performed using generally accepted industry standards. Minor manufacturing, printing, or handling imperfections may be present and do not constitute grounds for return.


Comics, Graphic Novels & Manga

Comic books, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, omnibus editions, and manga are collectible products and may exhibit minor manufacturing defects, printer imperfections, corner wear, spine ticks, shelf wear, or other cosmetic imperfections.

These characteristics are common within the hobby and publishing industry and do not constitute grounds for return, refund, exchange, store credit, or replacement.

ShipTCG does not guarantee any specific condition grade, professional grading outcome, or investment quality for raw comics, graphic novels, manga, or other ungraded collectible publications.

Customers seeking specific condition standards should understand that minor imperfections may be present and are not considered defects.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or an incorrect item, please contact orders@shiptcg.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for review, please provide:

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the original packaging

• Your order number

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

ShipTCG will review the claim and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Shipping Issues & Delivery Confirmation

ShipTCG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. However, ShipTCG will reasonably assist customers with carrier investigations or insurance claims when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. Signature confirmation may be required on select higher-value orders to help ensure safe delivery.


Market Volatility

Trading cards, comics, graphic novels, manga, and collectibles are subject to market fluctuations. Price changes after purchase do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or price adjustments.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact orders@shiptcg.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Chargebacks submitted for orders fulfilled in accordance with our published policies, including confirmed shipment, delivery confirmation, tracking information, or compliance with our cancellation and return policies, will generally be contested with the payment processor.

ShipTCG reserves the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.

Fraudulent, abusive, or excessive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service or account restrictions where permitted by law.
